TGF Management's Administrative Team
Jim Kozlowski
Jim co-founded TGF Management in 1992. He previously was a Managing Director at Fortis Private Capital in New York. Other prior positions include Vice President at Merrill Lynch Venture Capital in New York, and Director of New Business at Tenneco Ventures in Houston. He has also worked in the Corporate Finance Group at Credit Suisse First Boston and the Commercial Lending Division of Chemical Bank in New York.
Jim has served on the boards of a number of TGF Management portfolio
companies, including Sterling Foods, Veridian, Lofland, and Community
Education Partners. Jim also is the Chairman of the Children's Medical
Center Foundation of Central Texas, and is an alumnus of the Texas
Lyceum and the Texas Business Hall of Fame. He is actively involved in
the Young Presidents' Organization, Association for Corporate Growth,
and the World President's Organization. Jim received his B.A. degree in
economics from Harvard College and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business
School.

Stephen Soileau
Stephen co-founded TGF Management in 1992. Stephen previously held the positions of Executive Vice President at Creekwood Capital Corporation, Investment Manager at Houston Industries, and Vice President at The Inverness Group, all based in Houston. He has a broad range of investment experience, including both debt and equity transactions, in multiple industry sectors.
Stephen is currently a director of First Texas Holdings and has been
a director of numerous other TGF Management portfolio companies,
including Administaff, Veridian, TIMEC, and Omniflight, among others. He
has been a director of the Association for Corporate Growth and involved
in a number of other civic and educational organizations, and is an
alumnus of the Texas Lyceum. He received a B.A. degree in economics from
Rice University and a Master of International Management degree from the
American Graduate School of International Management.

Barry Twomey
Barry joined TGF Management in March 1999. He has over 20 years of experience in private equity investing. Prior to joining TGF Management, Barry was a Principal at Electra Fleming and a Managing Director at Fortis Private Capital, both located in New York. Barry started his career in corporate finance at the American Can Company, and worked in the M&A and Corporate Finance Groups of Mabon, Nugent & Co., and Laidlaw Adams & Peck.
Barry has invested in a diverse group of companies in a broad range
of industries. He is currently serving as a director of M&M
Manufacturing Corp. and has served as a director on numerous other
corporate boards, including those of TGF Management portfolio companies
ENSR International, NetSpend, Southern Star Concrete, and FundsXpress.
He is also a director of the Gladney Fund in Fort Worth and participates
as a member of other civic and educational organizations. Barry received
his B.A. degree in biochemistry from Connecticut College and his M.B.A.
from the University of Chicago.

David Harr
David has been with TGF Management since February 1998. Previously he was in the Corporate Finance Group of Rauscher Pierce Refsnes (now RBC Capital Markets) in Dallas, where he participated in a number of M&A, public offering, and private placement transactions./p>
While at TGF Management, David has worked closely with a number of
portfolio companies, including TIMEC and Lofland. David earned a B.B.A.
degree in accounting and finance, with Honors in the Liberal Arts, from
Southern Methodist University.

David Tagge
David joined TGF Management in September of 2000. Previously, David was in the Global Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Chase Securities in Houston.
David has worked with a number of TGF Management portfolio companies
including Omniflight, First Texas Holdings, DISA, and M&M Manufacturing
Corp. He holds a B.A. degree in economics and managerial studies from
Rice University.

Janet Waldeier
Janet joined TGF Management Corp. in July 1992 and currently serves
in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer, managing the firm's
accounting, office services, marketing, and personnel functions. Prior
to joining TGF Management Corp., she spent ten years at First City Bank
where she ultimately held the position of Assistant Vice President and
Manager of the Marketing and Support Services Departments. Janet holds a
B.A.A.S. degree in management from Texas State University.

Sheila Slagel
Sheila has been with TGF Management Corp. since October of 1992 and
supports the accounting, personnel, and administrative functions. Prior
to joining TGF Management, Sheila spent eight years in the Marketing and
Support Services Departments at First City Bank in Austin where she also
managed the bank's Word Processing Department. She also held the
positions of Office Manager, Salesworld, Inc., and Payroll Clerk,
Dixilyn-Field Drilling Company, both located in Houston.

Dawn Liesmann
Dawn joined TGF Management Corp. in August of 1998 and serves as the
marketing coordinator for the firm. Her prior work experience includes
administrative positions with First City Bank, Southern Union Gas
Company, and Markborough Development Company, all located in Austin.
Dawn holds a B.S. degree in Consumer Science and Journalism from Texas
State University.
